I was thinking about the twitters who got themselves into trouble at the Logies. Both persons are comedians by profession? trade? (What is comedy classified as when you do it for a living?)
Each jester was quickly accused of outrageous cruelty-by-twitter.
One, the lady jokester even lost her columnist job with the Age newspaper when she took electronic shots at a national treasures treasured daughter Bindi Irwin, amongst other unsuspecting celebrity victims.
The male jokester was not in as so much trouble but was still roundly criticied for assault by subjective observation of Molly and his dog, not to mention Jennifer Aniston's ex boyfriend John.
Why would they think that cruelty would be funny?
The lady jester apologied for nothing. She argued that she had merely engaged in the modern technological version of passing notes in class. Trouble is with that explanation sometimes the teacher spots the note and reads that someone, (with identifiable handwriting) thinks he is big fat bald bloke.
So is a nasty observation funny? Why is life so cruel?
