members clearly understand our personal information handling practices.

privacy policy provides information concerning Kaloa

Collection of information
The only personal information that is collected by Kaloa
from a member of the public is a person's name, sex, date of birth,
phone/mobile number, postal address, postcode, email address and in
certain circumstances credit card details.
Personal information is always collected by Kaloa with an individual's express consent.
Disclosure and use
Personal information collected from a member of the public is not
disclosed to anyone outside of Kaloa except in the case of
a third party who is on occasions responsible for the debiting of a
credit card.
Personal
information collected by Kaloa is used only for the purpose
of mailing out via Australia Post, via email or SMS Test Messaging (to
those who have provided their personal information) details of the
various group specials, offers, surveys, latest news, alerts or
competitions.
Access and correction
Kaloa provides access during office hours to the personal information it collects.
An
individual can access information about themselves only by telephoning Kaloa and speaking to our privacy officer who will arrange
an appointment for the information to be accessed. Strict proof of
identification (either a picture from a current driver's licence or a
current passport) must be supplied when accessing the information.
On request Kaloa will advise an individual of the
information it holds about them (name, postal address and email
address), how this is collected, the purpose it is used for and how
this information is disclosed.
Upon
accessing personal information an individual may correct any
information held by Kaloa about them that is incorrect.
Data quality, storage & security
The personal information collected by Kaloa is stored and
backed up electronically on Kaloa own secure software
systems.
This electronic information is kept secure at all times and backed up in two locations.
Access to Kaloa electronic information is only available to specific Company senior staff members and Kaloa external postal data contractor (pursuant to a confidentiality agreement). All personal information is kept up to date where reasonably possible.
Online purchase delivery
From the date of the receipt of proof of payment for online purchases ("goods") delivery of goods shall be between 3 to 7 business days within Australia. Kaloa accepts no liabilities whatsoever for any delays or late delivery of goods dispatched.
Complaints procedure
Kaloa prides itself on maintaining privacy and complaint procedures to the highest of standards.
Any
complaints relating to Kaloa personal information handling
practices are dealt with by our privacy officer. Complaints may be
dealt with by communicating directly with our privacy officer either by
phone, letter or email. Every complaint will be dealt with
